Zyah Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zyah, an AI wardrobe-assistant mobile application published by Pinegrass Technologies Private Limited (“Pinegrass”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using Zyah, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Privacy is covered separately in the Zyah Privacy Policy.

Zyah is an AI wardrobe assistant. You photograph your clothing items once, and Zyah builds a digital wardrobe and suggests outfit combinations for the occasion, weather, or mood you choose, learning your style over time.

Zyah is free to download and includes a free tier. Some features or higher usage limits require Zyah Pro, offered through Google Play or another applicable app store as a recurring subscription or a one-time purchase. The price, billing period, trial or introductory terms (if any), and renewal terms displayed by the app store before purchase control your transaction.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app-store account before renewal. Deleting Zyah or your Zyah account does not cancel an app-store subscription. Eligible purchases can be restored in the app. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled under the applicable app store’s policies, except where law requires otherwise.

Zyah’s outfit ideas, item recognition, and care reminders are AI-generated suggestions for your convenience and reflect personal preference only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and they are provided on an “as is” basis. You decide what to wear and how to care for your clothing; any reliance on Zyah’s suggestions is at your own discretion.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Zyah. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You agree to use Zyah responsibly and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Your content. You retain all rights to the photos and content you add to Zyah. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that content to operate the app, including sending it to our AI provider as described in the Zyah Privacy Policy.

Our property. Pinegrass retains all rights, title, and interest in the Zyah application, its software, design, branding, trademarks, and all related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Zyah for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

When using Zyah, you agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
• upload photos or data of another person without their authorisation, or content you do not have the right to share;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, overload, or otherwise attempt to disrupt or compromise the app or the services it relies on;
• misuse the AI features or attempt to circumvent safety or rate limits.

Zyah is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinegrass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Zyah or from reliance on its suggestions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using Zyah and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use Zyah ends; data deletion follows the Zyah Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Your continued use of Zyah after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Imphal, Manipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Zyah.
